Ordering an Instrument
Customers are responsible for shipping cost when an instrument is ordered. Shipment costs vary depending on location and will be calculated at checkout. Our employees must set up and pack the instruments to fulfill the order. This may take up to two business days. Afterwards, we will send the instrument via UPS ground. This may take up to one week depending on the shipping option selected.
Returning an Instrument
